The MPPT Double Solar Flasher Module is equipped with a mppt (maximum power point tracking) feature that enables the power output from the solar panel to be transferred to the battery with the highest efficiency up to 3 times. It is one of the most important features that distinguishes the product from other solar modules in the market. The MPPT Solar Flasher Module, which can operate in stable current / stable voltage modes depending on the state of the battery, It monitors the charge cycles via the timer and the current drawn, can determine that the battery has reached the end of its life, helps you reduce maintenance costs.
The older generation charging modules on the market apply the voltage received from the panel directly to the battery without any power cycle. Considering that the batteries can be modeled as capacitors, this can be seen as trying to charge by applying 19V to a 12V capacitors. As a result, some of the chemical inside the battery becomes gas due to overcharging, leaking from the battery, causing oxidation on the outside of the battery and increasing the internal resistance of the battery. As the internal resistance increases, the saturation voltage of the battery decreases. When the saturation voltage decreases, the charging circuit does not comply with the programmed charging voltages, so that the process mentioned above continues to run faster.
The MPPT solar charge module also includes a switch mode to charge the battery according to the charge values programmed into the battery type. Thus, regardless of the panel voltage, it improves both panel efficiency and battery life by controlling the current drawn from the panel and the voltage applied to the battery. After charging the battery fully, the charge module can determine the output moment by checking the current drawn. In this way, after the battery is charged, It activates the charge only when the output is given, allowing the power to be drawn from the panel. Since the power is drawn from the panel at the time of output, the battery is leave to rest until sunset after It charged. Unlike classic MOSFET circuits, which keep the battery in charge and wait for it to discharge again, the battery life is extended up to 3 times by correcltly charging with higher efficiency and leaving to rest.
The MPPT Solar Flasher Module can be operated in day and night mode. In the night mode, It starts in the early hours of the sunset and works until the late sunrise.
Our product supports 7 different scenario types. The police flashers mode, simultaneous and sequential combustion modes and their combinations at different speeds.
